OVERVIEW

AgenticDE is a native macOS app that unifies Claude Code plugin lifecycle management, phase-aware workflow, GitHub Issues/PRs/CI, Git, and Terminal delegation in a single window. It replaces the constellation of tools a solo Claude Code-driven developer juggles — Finder, SourceTree, four pinned Chrome tabs, and manual CLI prompts — with a phase-aware surface that only shows what's relevant to the current stage. Built around the solo_dev_plugins marketplace, it drives one-click agent actions, live GitHub backlog/PR/CI visibility, and native Git tooling, leaving Xcode as the only external tool still required.
