Hub

A self-hosted personal hub that turns real development activity into a living journey feed.

[MVP-DEVELOPMENT]v1.0.0

Hub replaces a static developer portfolio with one flat, filterable catalog of every product Marek runs or ships — software or not — alongside a chronological journey feed and a blog. Per-product journey entries and weekly rollups are generated by a locally-hosted LLM reading each tracked repo's own git history, with every change landing as a reviewable GitHub PR before anything publishes. Fully self-hosted end to end, with no third-party CMS and no vendor lock-in.

  • Flat, filterable Products catalog spanning every domain — platform, state, domain, and visibility filters, sortable by recency or maturity
  • Per-product development journey generated directly from git activity
  • Weekly and monthly journey rollups synthesizing progress across every tracked product
  • AI-drafted blog articles proposed independently of the rollup, reviewed and merged like any other change
  • Structured, uniformly-rendered documentation pages for every tracked API product
  • One shared design system across every product page — no per-product theming to maintain
  • Every AI-generated piece of content is a draft until a GitHub PR is reviewed and merged
  • Runs entirely on self-hosted infrastructure — a Mac mini for scheduling and local inference, no hosted AI API
